Exchanges and returns
We do not offer refunds, but we do exchange sizes or garments subject to availability. The customer must assume the cost of shipping or delivery in case of a size exchange; if the exchange is due to a defect in the garment, we assume the cost of shipping.
From the day your order arrives, you have two business days to request size exchanges or address imperfections. The garment must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. After this period, no exchanges will be accepted, and items cannot be exchanged for newer collections after your purchase date.
